Robert “Bob” Wellington Schauer 91

from Mountain Home, Arkansas. Passed away with family on Oct 4th 2024. Born in Montrose, Colorado. Retired from United Telephone company of Indiana after 40 years. He was a United States Army Veteran, a member of Rensselaer Baptist Church and Lions Club. 

He enjoyed golfing, fishing, woodworking and was a motorcycle and classic car enthusiast. He loved to read his Bible and history books. He especially loved the Old Wild West and traveled all across the United States. 

Preceded in death by his son Rob Wynn Schauer of Midway Arkansas.

Survived by wife Tywllah J (Nevitt) Schauer of Mountain Home, Arkansas and married for 68 years. 2 daughters and 1 son Trina Jo Schauer San Antonio Texas, Richard Wayne Schauer Evansville, Indiana and Tana Joy Carter and husband Geoffrey R Carter of Flippin, Arkansas. 7 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren. A special thank you to Hospice of the Ozarks for the wonderful care and support. He will be dearly missed.

Memorial service occurred on Oct 9th at the chapel at Lake Forest. 

Cremation will be performed by Genesis at Meri.org
