Robert Stretch

Robert Stretch died Tuesday, August 5, 2008 in Saint Joe at the age of 64. He was born Saturday, October 2, 1943 in Chicago, Illinois, the son of Robert and Margaret Burns Stretch. He married Leslie Junker on March 21, 1968 at New Orleans, Louisiana and worked as a cable repair technician for Bell South. Robert Stretch was an Air Force veteran of Vietnam. Robert lived in Saint Joe since 2005 moving from New Orleans, Louisiana. He liked to hunt, fish, camp and spend time with family. He liked to watch TV. A very positive person with a corny sense of humor. Survivors: Robert Stretch is survived by his wife, Leslie Stretch and 2 daughters, Sara (Mike) Camnetar of Minnetonica, MN and Laura (Travis) Strider of Diamond City, AR, 1 sister, Dorothy (John) Harris of Talmoon, MN, and grandchildren, Julia and Justin Camnetar and Lillian Strider.
