A Funeral Ceremony for Robert Edward Webb of Bakersfield, Missouri, will be 2:00 pm, Sunday, June 3, 2012, at Free Gospel Temple. Visitation will be from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm, Saturday, June 2, 2012, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel. Robert passed away May 29, 2012, in Bakersfield, Missouri at the age of 60. He was born March 21, 1952, in Moline, Illinois, the son of Edward and Norma June Webb Carrico. He married Shirley Ruth Dobson in 1971 and worked as an assembler for a Aqua Aerobics Systems. Robert lived in Bakersfield, Missouri since 2009 moving from Rockford, Illinois. He was a member of the Free Gospel Temple and enjoyed watching the Chicago Bears, fishing, woodworking, yard work and pinball. Robert is survived by his 2 sons, Michael S. (Heather Ann Maddalone) Webb of Mountain Home, AR and James Robert Dobson of Rockford, IL; daughter, Tracy (Tim Bentley) Nelson of Bakersfield, MO; step-father, Lee Carrico of Bakersfield, MO; step-mother, Donna Webb of Packwaukee, WI; sister, Jaimie Hering Webb of Neenah, WI; significant other, Barbara Niemyjski; 6 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, mother, father, uncles, aunts and nieces and nephews. Burial will be in the Shady Grove Cemetery, Bakersfield, Missouri, with Michael Webb, James Dobson, Nathan Nelson, Preston Tish, Tim Bentley and Michael Ort as pallbearers. Memorials may be made to the family. Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
