Memorial Services for Roger E. Alman of Lone Rock, Arkansas, will be 1:00 pm Sunday, November 27, 2011, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor Joe Hailey officiating.
Roger passed away Thursday, November 24, 2011, at Mountain Home, Arkansas, at the age of 59. He was born October 3, 1952, in Mountain Home, Arkansas, the son of Donald and Betty Alman. He married Sherry Farris on April 4, 1975, at Shirley, Arkansas and worked as a Journeyman Lineman and was a member of IBEW. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening and farming.
Roger is survived by his wife, Sherry Alman of Lone Rock; 2 daughters, Jessica (Bill) Brown of Little Rock, AR and Masa Alman of Columbus, OH; 1 son, Jared Alman of Salesville, AR; 1 grandchild, Brody Brown; 1 brother, Robert Alman of Salesville, AR; both parents, Donald and Betty Alman of Lone Rock, AR; several nephews and several friends. He was preceded in death by his brother, Ronnie Alman and sister, Pamela Alman-Deering. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
