Roger D Brown

Roger Dean Brown of Yellville, Arkansas, passed away December 31, 2023, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 71. He was born November 17, 1952, in Ravenna, Ohio, the son of Dixon and Violet Franklin Brown. Roger was a U.S. Air Force veteran of the Vietnam War. He married Nadine Reese on September 16, 1978, in Rock Springs, Florida. He worked for Sonoco for 16 years, then ran the machine shop at Universal Studios. In 2007 he moved to Arkansas and worked for Pace Industries, then Baxter Lab. He enjoyed fishing.

Roger is survived by his wife, Nadine Brown of Yellville, AR; and sister, Shatauka Bullington.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Daniel Brown.

A Graveside Funeral Service for Roger will be 2:00 pm, Thursday, January 4, 2024, at Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery, in Mountain Home, Arkansas, with Heather Marsalis, Celebrant officiating. Military Honors will be provided by the Alley-White American Legion Post #52 Honor Guards.
