Survivors: Roland Lockhart is survived by his son, Roland Lockhart, FL, daughter, Robin Lockhart of Kittery, ME, fiance, Sandy Vaughn of Bull Shoals, AR, his mother Bessie Lockhart, Lindale, TX, 2 brothers, Billy Lockhart of Lindale, TX and Richard Lockhart of Lindale, TX, 3 sisters, Diane Knepp of Lindale, TX, Carla Stroud of Lindale, TX and Jenny Cooper of Winona, TX. Preceded in Death by: He was preceded in death by his father. Funeral: A Memorial Service for Roland Oliver Lockhart of Bull Shoals, AR, will be 2:00 Saturday, May 24 at Mt.
