A Graveside Service for Ronald Joe Daffron of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be 2:00 pm, Sunday, December 28, 2014, at Flippin Cemetery, with Reverend Steve Martin officiating.
Joe passed away December 22, 2014, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 67. He was born October 1, 1947, in Flippin, Arkansas, the son of and Tobe and Edna Johnson Daffron. He was a U.S. Army Reserve veteran. Joe was a lifetime resident of the area. He enjoyed farming, cattle ranching, and flying as a licensed pilot. He was a third generation cattle farmer and was a co-owner and auctioneer of the Mountain Home Livestock Auction. He is best remembered as an auctioneer.
Joe is survived by his two daughters Tammy (Doug Davis) Daffron of Gassville, AR, and Amy (Lonnie) Nicholson of Alma, AR; two grandsons, Chandler and Jeremiah Nicholson of Alma, AR; brother, Steve Daffron of Flippin, AR; mother, Edna Daffron of Flippin, AR; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Ozarks Hospice House.
