Funeral Services for Roy C. Borgman of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be 10:00 am, Wednesday, January 27, 2016, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be Wednesday, January 27, 2016, from 9:00 am until service time, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home.
Roy passed away January 19, 2016, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 100. He was born July 29, 1915, in Capplen, Missouri, the son of Charles and Lena Borgman. He married Catherine Havener on April 6, 1963, at Defiance, Missouri, and was a farmer. Roy lived in Mountain Home since moving from Defiance, Missouri, in 1980. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church and enjoyed fishing and boating.
Roy is survived by his nephews and nieces, Lawrance (Wilma) Borgmann of St. Charles, MO, Vernon (Ollie) Borgmann of Defiance, MO, Donald and Pam Steffan of St. Charles, MO, LaVerne Beumer of Augusta, MO, Doris Ehrle of Plymouth, MI, Eileen Theilmann of Wenzville, MO, Carol Borgmann of St. Charles, MO, Dorothy Leimkuehler of Concordia, MO.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, six brothers and six sisters.
Entombment will be in the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Mausoleum, Mountain Home, Arkansas.
Memorials may be made to Baxter Retirement Village.
