Memorial services for Rubmelia Sobarzo-Bastidas of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be at a later date. Rubmelia passed away May 20, 2012, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 93. She was born November 22, 1918, in Curanilahue, Chili, the daughter of Miguel Sobarzo-Concha and Eva Bastidas-Segal. Mrs. Sobarzo-Bastidas had lived in Mountain Home, Arkansas since moving from Alpha, New Jersey in 2009. She worked as a maid for a Pipeline Company in Alaska. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a daughter, Ruth Angulo, 2 brothers and 1 sister. She is survived by 2 daughters; Miriam (Tom) Emerick of Jordan, Arkansas, Teresa (Lee) Redd of Alpha, New Jersey; 1 son; Jose' (Dolly) Parada of Colorado Springs, Colorado; son-in-law, Luis Angulo of Brossard, Canada; 1 sister, Hilda Sobarzo and 1 brother, Juan Sobarzo both of Chili. Memorials may be made to Jordan Fire Department First Responders .
