Ruby Wybrant

Ruby Wybrant died Sunday, May 17, 2009 in Lakeview at the age of 89. She was born Sunday, December 21, 1919 in Lamar, Colorado, the daughter of Elbert and Evva Bradshaw Blevins. She married Paul Oscar Wybrant, Sr. and worked as an assembler for an aircraft company. Ruby lived in this area since 1968 moving from Lakewood, California. She enjoyed writing and wrote over 200 journals with information about her family and current events. She also enjoyed fishing and quilting. Survivors: Ruby Wybrant is survived by her son, Oscar (Jing) Wybrant of East Palo Alto, CA, 4 grandchildren, Kyle, Kip, Eric and Dana, several great-grandchildren and sister, Viola Hintze of UT. Preceded in Death by: She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, 1 son, Roy Elbert Wybrant and 3 brothers. Funeral: Graveside services for Ruby L. Wybrant of Lakeview, Arkansas, will be 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, May 20, 2009 at the Buffalo Cemetery, Parthenon, AR, with Pastor Lee Parnell officiating. Burial: Burial will be in the Buffalo Cemetery, Parthenon, Arkansas. Memorials: Memorial may be made to the Church of God - Lakeview.
