Russell M. Holland was born May 1, 1909 in Howards Ridge, Missouri. He was the son of France and Angeline Anderson Holland. He married Eloise Holloway on February 12, 1941 in Udall, Missouri. He was a security guard for Rimco Manufacturing and lived in Rock Island, Illinois prior to moving to Mountain Home in 1977. He enjoyed car auctions, fiddling old time gospel music and gardening. He was a member of College and North Church of Christ. Russell M. Holland passed away at his residence on June 21, 2005, at the age of 96 years,1 month and 20 days. Survivors: Two sons, Charles (Jean) Holland and James "J.C." Holland both of Mountain Home, Arkansas; four grandchildren, Nathan Holland of Little Rock, Arkansas, Amanda (Jason) Vitense of Oaks, North Dakota, Ryan Holland of Little Rock, Arkansas, and Tracey Anderson of Bossier City, Louisiana; three great-grandchildren, Nicholas and Kyle Holland and Cody Anderson Preceded in Death by: Parents, wife, one brother and three sisters.
