Russell Polan

Russell Warren Polan was born November 2, 1920 at Milton, Wisconsin the son of Guy Polan and Norma Jones Polan. He married June Olson at Milton, Wisconsin on December 11, 1943 and had resided in the Bull Shoals area since moving from Santa Barbara, California in 1998. He served with the US Air Force during World War II and was a Pharmacist. He was a member of BPO Elks, Masons and and an avid bowler and golfer. Mr. Polan died February 9, 2008 at his residence in Bull Shoals at the age of 87 years, 3 months and 7 days. Survivors: 1 Daughter, Jolayne (John) Flaherty of Bull Shoals; 1 Son, Rusty Polan of Santa Barbara, California; 1 Granddaughter, Ann (Scot) Conyers of Flippin, Arkansas; 1 Sister, Maurince (AC) Loomer of Green Bay, Wisconsin; 1 Brother, Roger Polan of Santa Barbara, California Preceded in Death by: Parents, Wife Funeral: Gathering of Friends at the Flaherty residence in Bull Shoals on Monday, February 11, 2008 from 2:00 - 5:00 P.M.
