Ruth Roberts

Ruth L. Roberts was born on November 6, 1915 in Herrick, Illinois. She was the daughter of James and Goldie Snow Jones. Mrs. Roberts married Glenn Roberts on August 23, 1935 in Crown Point, Indiana. She moved from Crown Point, Indiana to the Mountain Home area, where she has resided since 1975. She was a member of the Protestant church. Mrs. Roberts passed away on December 17, 2004 at the Gassville Nursing Center in Gassville, Arkansas at the age of 89 years, 1 month and 11 days. Survivors: Husband: Glenn Roberts of Oakland, Arkansas; 2 sons: James (Karla) Roberts of Lakeview, AR and Kenneth (Marilee) Roberts of Corpus Christi, Texas; 1 daughter: Carlleen (Wesley) Pierson of Oakland, Arkansas; 6 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren and 1 great great granddaugher Preceded in Death by: Her parents and 1 sister Visitation: Noon until the time of service on Monday Funeral: Monday, December 20, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. in Kirby-Boaz Funeral Home Chapel, Mountain Home, Arkansas. Reverend Jim Greenslade will officiate.
