A Memorial Mass for Shirley S. Evans-Lombe will be 10:00 A.M., Saturday, November 19, 2016 at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church with Father Jim McDonald Celebrant.
Shirley passed away November 12, 2016, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 82. She was born September 22, 1934, in Beaumont, Texas, the daughter of Charles and May Pye Shaw. She married A.G. Evans-Lombe on December 28, 1988, at Corpus Christi, Texas and worked as a Registered Nurse. Shirley lived in Mountain Home for 30 years moving from Corpus Christi, Texas.
Shirley is survived by her six children, Cindy Julich of Sanford, NC; Kathy Higginbottom of Metairie, LA; Sandy (Bill) Hanger of Staunton, VA; David (Patrice) Clark of Mobile, AL; Anna D. (Johnny) Watson of Franklinton, LA; Elizabeth Clark of Bush, LA; and brother Robert (Gayle) Shaw of Leander, TX.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and husband, A.G. Evans-Lombe.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Andrew's Episcopal Church.
Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
