Shirley Clarice Iverson

Shirley Clarice Iverson of Bull Shoals, Arkansas, passed away June 19, 2022, in Bull Shoals, Arkansas at the age of 89. She was born August 2, 1932, in Porter, Minnesota, the daughter of Clarence and Stella Eikness Ellison. She married Marcus Iverson on November 29, 1953 , in Porter, MN and worked as a Insurance Agent for Beaver Creek Mutual. Shirley lived in Bull Shoals since moving from Luverne, MN, in 1991. Shirley was a volunteer at Baxter Regional Medical Center for ten years and a member of Christ by the Lake Lutheran Church in Bull Shoals, AR. She enjoyed needlework, crossword puzzles, knitting and playing cards especially with her grandchildren

Shirley is survived by her husband, Marcus Iverson of Bull Shoals, AR, son, Mike Iverson of Bull Shoals, AR; daughter, Bonnie (Todd) Hudlin; sisters, Lois Schwartz of MN and Carol Small of SC; four grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, David Ellison. A Celebration of Life for Shirley will be 2:00 pm, Thursday, June 23, 2022, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel in Bull Shoals, AR, with Reverend Mike Clark officiating. Inurnment will be in Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery.
