Shirley McKenna

Shirley Ann McKenna was born on December 30, 1935 at Eaton Rapids, Michigan to Daniel and Mary Jeremy Shinaver. She was a homemaker and a catholic. She was married to Walter McKenna who preceded her in death. She moved to Mountain Home, Arkansas in Septmber 1992 from Lansing, Michigan. She passed away at her residence on September 9, 2006 at her residence at the age of 70 years, 8 months and 9 days. Survivors: Companion: Keith VanCore of Mountain Home, 4 Daughters: Mary Hoy and husband Robert of St. John's Michigan, Vicki Ungaar and husband David of FL., Heather Gilbert of FL. and Beverly Nechuta of Michigan, 6 grandchildren, One brother: Dan Shinaver and wife Muriel of Mesa, AZ., Two sisters: Violet Evans of Eaton Rapids, MI. and Mary Law of Oscoda, Michigan. Preceded in Death by: Parents, Husband Walter, One son Daniel Watkins and Ten brothers and sisters. Visitation: Visitation will be from 4:00 until 6:00 P.M. Tuesday at the Kirby-Boaz Funeral Home Chapel in Mountain Home and then from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. at the Tiffany Funeral Home in Lansing Michigan. Funeral: Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, Sept. 15, 2006 at the Chapel Hills Memorial Gardens in Lansing with Father Maurice Hayes officiating. Burial: Interment will be in the Chapel Hills Memorial Cemetery, Lansing, Michigan. Memorials: Humane Society of North Central Arkansas.
