A Memorial Service for Stanley Reinthaler of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be 11:00 A.M., Saturday, March 14, 2015, at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, with Pastor Richard Jebsen officiating. Military Honors will be provided by the Alley-White American Legion Post #52 and the U.S. Air Force Honor Guards.
Stanley passed away February 16, 2015, in Gassville, Arkansas at the age of 77. He was born February 23, 1937, in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, the son of George and Lucille Rach Reinthaler. He married Almayrene Frehner in 1989, at Las Vegas, Nevada. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and in 1976 he retired from the U.S. Air Force after 22 years of service and retired from the State of Wisconsin School for the Visually Handicapped in Janesville, Wisconsin. Stanley lived in Mountain Home since 1998, moving from Janesville, Wisconsin. He was a member of the Holy Cross Lutheran Church, American Legion, life member of TREA and North Arkansas Retired Military. He was an avid fisherman, enjoyed cribbage and trips to Florida.
Stanley is survived by his wife, Almayrene Reinthaler of Mountain Home, AR; daughter, Dana (Larry) Henderson of Omaha, NE; two stepdaughters, Deborah (Ron) Simerson of Edgerton, WI and, Heidi (Shannon) Frehner of St. Francis, Wisconsin; stepson, Peter (Amy) Frehner of Milwaukee, WI; three brothers, Richard (Donna) Reinthaler, Robert (Janice) Reinthaler and Thomas (Helen) Reinthaler, all of Sheboygan, WI; three grandchildren; six step-grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
He will be sadly missed by family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Clifford Reinthaler and sister, Barbara Kreuger.
Memorials may be made to Holy Cross Lutheran Church.
