Steven is survived by his mother, Lavina T. Dilger of Midway, AR; father, Ronald C. Dilger Sr. of Port Isabelle, TX; two sisters, Linda Zimmer of Lakevilla, IL and Karen (Michael) Soby of Trevor, WI; and two brothers, Arthur (Claudi) Dilger of West Virginia and Ronald (Judy) Dilger Jr. of Grand Junction, CO.
