Sue K. Barker

Sue K. Barker of Mountain Home, Arkansas, passed away November 27, 2020, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 89. She was born July 10, 1931, in Fort Smith, Arkansas, the daughter of James and Arizona Winn Brewer. She married William Barker on June 25, 1949 in Fayetteville, Arkansas. She worked at Baxter Lab, Fred's Fish House and Walmart. She enjoyed Knitting and Crocheting and after retirement her main hobby was going to the places she used to work and visiting with coworkers.

Sue is survived by her son, James Barker of Mountain Home, AR; daughter, Betty Lee of Mountain Home, AR; sister, Betty and husband, Albert Barker of Nowata, OK; 8 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, William Barker; son, Ronnie Barker and several brothers and sisters.

A Gathering of Family and Friends for Sue will be 1:00 pm, Sunday, November 29, 2020, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home, with Pastor Bill Hughes officiating. Due to current restrictions, masks are required.
