Sylvester Klish was born October 11, 1919 in Chicago Illinois, to Anthony and Katherine Biegun Klish. He married Iris Tibor March 9, 1940 in Iowa. Mr. Klish was a machinist, and a U.S. Army Veteran. While serving his country he received a Good Conduct Medal and The Purple Heart. Mr. Klish lived in Dixon, Illinois before moving to Bull Shoals in 2002. Sylvester Klish passed away at Auburn Hills Nursing Home on January 30, 2005 at the age of 85 years, 3 months and 29 days. Survivors: Three sons, Ronald and wife Carol Klish of Chicago, Illinois, Sylvester and wife Kathleen Klish of Rolling Meadows, Illinois and Eugene Klish of Bull Shoals; one daughter, Kathryn and husband Dino Giannini of Bull Shoals; one grandson, Anthonee Giannini of Bull Shoals; four granddaughters, Cheryl and husband John Kalkirtz, Jennifer and husband Dan Durst, Rhonda Klish, and Jessica Klish all from Chicago, Illinois and four great- grandchildren. Preceded in Death by: Parents, wife Katherine, three brothers, two sisters and two grandsons. Visitation: Wednesday, February 2, 3-7 p.m. Funeral: Thursday, February 3, 10:00 a.m., at the Kirby-Boaz Funeral Home Chapel in Bull Shoals, Arkansas Burial: Newton Flat Cemetery in Bull Shoals, Arkansas
