Sylvia Ann Kenney was born March 4, 1933 at Gary, Indiana the daughter of Charles Van Cleef and Edith Mahoney Van Cleef. She married Roger Kenney at Valparaiso, Indiana on May 12, 1960 and had resided in the Flippin area since moving from Alamosa, Colorado in 2007.
She loved to read, taking care of her plants and her kids. Sylvia entered into eternal rest on December 10, 2009 at Hospice of the Ozarks at the age of 76 years, 9 months and 6 days.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and a sister, Vivian Kastendieck. She is survived by 2 Sons: Louis Russi and Jake Kenney; 3 DaughtersL: Becky Ellis, Lauren Rochefort and Lori Wood; 11 Grandchildren; 13 Great Grandchildren; 2 Brothers: Charles and Bill Van Cleef; 1 Sister: Charlene Corrado; and a dear friend Lee Russi.
