Tammy Leanne Fowler Billings of Elizabeth, Arkansas, passed away December 15, 2021, in Elizabeth, Arkansas at the age of 53. She was born January 23, 1968, in Poteau, Oklahoma, the daughter of Loyal and Loretta Culwell Fowler.
Tammy is survived by her daughter, Cheyenne Billings; son, Jeffrey Fowler; two sisters, Tanya Elder and Connie Ward; significant other, Roger L. Billings; granddaughter, Haley; and a host of extended family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
