Ted Carlsen

Ted Carlsen died Monday, March 3, 2008 in Mountain Home at the age of 92. Ted was born Wednesday, April 7, 1915 in New York City, NY, son of Edmund V. Carlsen and Solveig Lund. He worked as a Stock Broker. Ted Carlsen was an Air Force navigator during WWII. He lived in Mountain Home for 15 years moving from Groveland, California and was a member of the Ozark Organ Guild and spent a lot of time at the Senior Center. Survivors: Ted Carlsen is survived by 3 sons, Ted Carlsen of Southport, N.C., Robert Carlsen of Miwuk Village, CA, John Carlsen of Oregon City, OR, 1 daughter, Nancy Kendall-McHenry of Fair Oaks, CA, 7 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren. Preceded in Death by: He was preceded in death by parents. Funeral: Services for Ted D Carlsen of Mountain Home, AR, will be private. Memorials: Memorials may be made to the Good Samaritian Society of Mountain Home or Hospice of the Ozarks Hospice House.
