Terry Vaughn Luke

Terry Vaughn Luke, born on May 2, 1949, in Trenton, Michigan, passed away peacefully on September 6, 2024, at Baxter Health.

Terry led a life rich with experiences and dedication. With a teaching degree that showcased his intellectual pursuits, he ultimately chose to venture down a different path, embracing a rewarding career with the Railroad as a Clerk until his retirement. His commitment to his profession and the values of hard work and integrity undoubtedly left a mark on those who knew and worked alongside him.

Terry enjoyed nature, music, specifically The Beatles and watching the Red Wings hockey team.

Terry is survived by his mother, Norma Luke of Mountain Home, AR; brother, Walter (Lynn) Luke, of Ypsilanti, MI; sister, Susan (Mike) Mattord of Rockwood, MI; niece, Carrie (Chase Masters) Luke. He was predeceased by his father, Chester "Roy" Luke and two nephews Chris and Mike Zack.

A graveside service to honor Terry’s life will be held on Tuesday, September 10, 2024, starting at 2:00 PM at Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery located at 920 Tucker Cemetery Road, Gassville, AR 72635 with Celebrant Heather Marsalis officiating. Family, friends, and all whose lives he touched are invited to gather and pay their respects during this time of remembrance.

Terry Vaughn Luke will be dearly missed, and his memory will continue to live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know him.
