Graveside Memorial Services for Terry George Tucker, 72, of Orangevale, California, formerly of Mountain Home, will be 11:00 am Saturday, August 20, 2011 at Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery. Military Honors will be provided by the Ozark V.F.W. Post #3246 Honor Guard.
Terry passed away Monday, August 1, 2011 at Orangevale, California. He was born June 22, 1939 in Centerville, Iowa, the son of George and Evelyn Lee Tucker, Jr. He married Jacqueline Holsapple on March 14, 1964 at Reno, Nevada. He served in the U.S. Army, and retired a Colonel of the U.S. Army National Guard after 31 years of service. Terry lived in Mountain Home from 1992 until 2009 then moved back to California.
Terry is survived by his wife, Jackie Tucker of Orangevale, CA; 2 daughters, Tracy (Allen) Arnette of Nicholasville, KY and Randi (Daniel) Avery of Orangevale, CA: granddaughter, Kelsey Braman; brother, Rick (Barbara) Tucker of Bedford, WY; sister, Janet Tucker of Mountain Home, AR and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimers Association.
