Theodore Rogers

Theodore Rogers died Saturday, April 19, 2008 in Mountain Home at the age of 84. He was born Monday, July 30, 1923 in Kelayres, Pennsylvania, the son of Paul and Stephanie Zawilinski Ryczek. He married Luciana Florenti on December 31, 1969. He worked as an Administration Manager at Phillips Petroleum for 25 years traveling to Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Theodore Rogers was a U.S. Navy veteran of WWII and lived in Mountain Home since 1999 moving from San Diego, California. He loved to travel, play golf, tennis and billiards, reading and internet research. He was a great husband, father and mentor. Survivors: Theodore Rogers is survived by his wife, Luciana Rogers and 2 sons, Gary Rogers and Patrick Florenti, 2 daughters, Gayle Rogers and Jan Rogers and his sister, Teresa Bigos. Preceded in Death by: He was preceded in death by his parents and 2 brothers. Visitation: Visitation will be from 1:00 P.M. until service time. Funeral: Funeral services for Theodore G. "Ted" Rogers of Mountain Home, AR, will be 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, April 23, 2008 at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Jerrel Venable officiating. Burial: Burial will be in the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery.
