She married Kenneth on July 8, 1977, at Monticello, Arkansas and was a cashier for Harps Grocery in Bull Shoals, Arkansas. Theresa enjoyed volunteering at the Flippin Elementary Schools for 14 years.
Theresa is survived by her husband, Kenneth Higgins of Flippin, AR; son, Paul Higgins of Gassville, AR; and mother, Rethal Wall of Flippin, AR.
She was preceded in death by her daughter and father.
Burial will be at a later date in Monticello, Arkansas.
Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
