A Memorial Service for Thomas S. Fazio of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be 2:00 pm, Sunday, February 26, 2012, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Randy Ludwig officiating.
Thomas passed away February 23, 2012, in Mountain Home, at the age of 70. He was born February 3, 1942, in Joliet, IL, the son of Sam and Mildred Kokalj Fazio. He married Peggy Dixon on October 11, 1975, at Morris, IL, and worked as a barber and refinery worker. Thomas lived in Mountain Home, Arkansas since 2001, moving from Coal City, IL. He enjoyed fishing the lakes and rivers with his good fishing buddies, and loved to play 9-ball at the senior center. His final years were hard and the family takes comfort that he is at peace and resting with our Lord.
Thomas is survived by his wife Peggy; four children, Mark, Larry, Tracy, and Sam; and two granddaughters, Alisha and Skyleigh.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
