A celebration of life for Thomas Frank Worman of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be from 10:00 am until 7:00 pm, Sunday, August 9, 2020, at the Pavilion at Big Spring Park in Cotter, Arkansas. This will be a celebration of life to include activities Tom enjoyed the most including fishing, swimming, enjoying the serenity of the White River and of course food while spending time together with friends and family.
Tom passed away in the late hours of April 1, 2020, at the Willard-Walker Hospice Home in Fayetteville, Arkansas, he was 62 years old. Tom was born on August 24, 1957 in Chicago, Illinois. He was the son of Floyd Charles Worman Sr. and Rosemarie Hertha Blum-Worman-Morkin. Tom moved to Mountain Home, with his family in 1971 from Chicago Illinois. Tom and his former wife (Dennise) had 3 children Paul Robert Worman, Amanda Michelle Worman, and Michael Thomas Worman. Tom enjoyed working outside, traveling, fishing the White River, and spending time with family, especially his 2 grandchildren Joshua and Donavon.
Tom is survived by 3 children, Paul (Jessica) Worman of Mountain Home, AR, Amanda (Collin Szabo) Worman of Mountain Home, AR, Michael (Shannon) Worman of Mountain Home, AR; 2 grandchildren Joshua Robert Worman and Donavon Michael Worman; 3 brothers, William “Bill” Worman of Mountain Home, AR, Kevin (Laura) Williams of Lowell, AR, Keith Williams of Lowell, AR; Sister Cathy Griffin of Snowball, AR; as well as several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father and mother and step-dad Joseph Michael Morkin; brother Floyd Worman Jr, 2 sisters Diane Coddington and Debra Trabala.
In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated in Tom’s name to the Reppell Diabetes Learning Center, located at Baxter Regional Medical Center.
