Troy Kinsey

Troy A. Kinsey was born August 12, 1926, in Dale, Texas. He was the son of Andrew and Viola Niebarger Kinsey. He married Donna Allison, October 25, 1996, in Bull Shoals, Arkansas. He was a sales representative and an Army Air Corps veteran of WWII. Mr. Kinsey lived in Lakeview, Arkansas since moving from Houston, Texas, in 1986. He enjoyed flying and had his pilot's license at the age of sixteen. He also enjoyed gardening, reading, bird watching and fishing. He was a charter member of the WWII Memorial fundraising effort and a member of Alley-White American Legion Post #52. Mr. Kinsey was a member of the Bull Shoals Presbyterian Church. Troy A. Kinsey passed away at Hospice House, May 4, 2006, at the age of 79 years, 8 months and 22 days. Survivors: His wife of nine years, Donna Kinsey of Lakeview, Arkansas; two sons, Dick (Jane) Verinder of Chapel Hills, Texas, and David Verinder of Sadler, Texas; one daughter, Nancy Smith of Erie, Colorado; two stepsons, Jeff Heidelbauer of Custer, South Dakota, and Timothy Heidelbauer of Vienna, South Dakota; sixteen grandchildren, Danny, Tim, Mark, David, Mike, Joel, Shannon, Mandy, Nick, Katy, Carly, Andy, Chris, Todd, Cara and Jana; sixteen great-grandchildren; brother, Bobby Kinsey of Bastrop, Texas; sister, Dolores King of Pasadena, Texas; and several nieces and nephews Preceded in Death by: His parents; daughter, Cathy and grandson, Freddy Funeral: A memorial service for Troy A. Kinsey, 79, of Lakeview, Arkansas, will be at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, May 6, 2006, at Bull Shoals Presbyterian Church with Dr. Fred Taylor officiating and Alley-White American Legion Post #52 providing military honors.
