A Memorial Service for Velta Mae Wilson of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be 2:00 pm, Saturday, January 25, 2014, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel.
Velta passed away January 18, 2014, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 48. She was born February 5, 1965, in Springfield, Oregon, the daughter of Drewey Cantrell and Victoria Cantrell. She was a homemaker and lifetime resident of the area.
Velta is survived by her mother, Victoria Steinmetz; brother, Vincent (April) Cantrell of Reeds Spring, MO; sister, Vesta (Deano) Busch of Mountain Home, AR; son, Josh (Shana) Wilson of Mountain Home, AR; daughter, Crystal Wilson of Mountain Home, AR; grandchildren, Alice Wilson and Dawning Russell and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father and a brother, James Cantrell, and special friends, Keith Fountain and Glen Showalter.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Ozarks Hospice House or Susan B. Komen for the cure.
Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
