Vera Condella

Vera J. Condellas was born September 5, 1924 at Chicago, Illinois the daughter of Frank Schiro and Christina Schiada Schiro. She married the late Salvator V. Condela on October 5, 1947 and she had resided in the Mountain Home area since moving from Antioch, Illinois in 1996. She had worked as a Comptroller for Press Papers Co. She was a member of St. Peter The Fisherman Catholic church and the Council of Catholic Women. She was also a member of Women of the Moose in Antioch, Ozark VFW Post #3246 Auxiliary, Legion of Mary, Friends of Baxter County Library and the Baxter Regional Medical Center Auxiliary. Mrs. Condella died on October 14, 2007 at Baxter Regional Medical Center at the age of 83. Survivors: 1 Son: Samuel (Carol) Condella of Naperville, Illinois; 2 Grandchildren: Laura and Jaclyn Condella; 1 Brother: Lawrence Schiro of Mountain Home, Arkansas; Several nieces and newphews Preceded in Death by: Parents, Husband, 2 Brothers and 1 Sister Visitation: Thursday, October 18, 2007; 5:00 - 8:00 PM with a Vigil Service at 7:00 PM Funeral: Friday, October 19, 2007 at St. Peter The Fisherman Catholic Church, 10;00 AM with Reverend Charles Kanu, officiating Burial: Kirby's Tucker Memoria Mausoleum in Mountain Home, Arkansas Memorials: Friends of the Library, Hospice of the Ozarks or American Cancer Society Active Bearers: Roger Paul, George Murphy, Roger Gonzagowski, Tom Elder, Tom Deehan and James Neff
