Vern Bolinger died Wednesday, May 28, 2008 in Mountain Home at the age of 73. He was born Saturday, April 13, 1935 in Berne, Indiana, son of Ralph Robert and Gladys Leutzenheiser Bolinger. He married Kay Michelle Anderson on March 28, 1980 at Cypres, California and was a truck driver. Vern Bolinger was a U.S. Air Force veteran of Korea. Vern lived in Mountain Home since September of 2003 moving from California. Survivors: Vern Bolinger is survived by his wife, Kay Michelle Bolinger, son, Todd (Barbara) Bolinger of Rancho Palos Verdes, CA, daughter, Susan Bolinger Marlowe of Beverly Hills, CA, step-son, Roger (Lisa) Wicker of Flower Mound, TX, step-daughter, Elizabeth Wicker of Victorville, CA, brother, Ernest Bolinger of Elida, OH, grandchildren, Matthew and Amanda Bolinger, Nichole (Nate) Truog, Steven Wickser Medina, Michelle Terrazas and Shayna Wickser, special friends, Bob and Darlene McGinnis, Rick and Gloria Van Vliet, Nick & Alice Wyma, Arlene Dixon, Butch & Debbie Duncan, and many friends at Memorial Christian Church. Preceded in Death by: He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 brother and 1 sister. Visitation: The family will be receiving friends at 10:00 AM, prior to the service at 11:00 at Memorial Christian Church. Funeral: Memorial services for Vern Marrion Bolinger of Mountain Home, AR, will be 11:00 A.M. Saturday, June 7, 2008 at the Memorial Christian Church with the family receiving friends at 10:00 A.M. Reverend Gene McCoy will be officiating and Military Honors by North Central Arkansas Veterans Council, Honor Guard by V.F.W. Post #3246.
