A Memorial Mass for Viola E. Connelly of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be 10:00 am, Saturday, October 5, 2013, at St. Peter The Fisherman Catholic Church, with Father Norbert Rappold as Celebrant.

Viola Emma Connelly, 82, passed away Monday, Sept. 30, 2013, in Mountain Home, Arkansas.
Viola was born Nov. 29, 1930, in Chicago, Illinois. She was married to Richard Paul Connelly in 1953, and worked as a nurse in Chicago, Springfield, Missouri., and Mountain Home.
Viola was recognized for her skills as a craftswoman, particularly for crochet, sewing and embroidery.

She is survived by five children, Richard J. Connelly, Kansas City, MO; Maureen Connelly Brookbank (Michael), Alexandria, VA; Dr. Marilyn C. Hart (Michael), Mankato, MN; Christine Nooney (Patrick), Stuart, FL; Colleen Connelly, Overland Park, KS; 10 grandchildren, Roy Connelly Brookbank, William Thomas Brookbank, Katherine Marie Connelly, Kristen Adele Connelly, Matthew Richard Connelly, Adam Philip Hart, Daniel Garrett Hart, Alex Ang, Elizabeth Ang and Marisa Tapley; and a cousin, Donald Wichman, Steger, IL.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Paul Connelly; a sister, Lorraine Kohs and a brother, Leo Kilcoyne.

Memorials may be sent to Hospice of the Ozarks or St. Peter The Fisherman Catholic Church.
