Virginia Fay Calabria, 79, passed away on Tuesday, December 6, 2022, in Mountain Home, Arkansas. Virginia was born on July 23, 1943, in Dell, Arkansas, to Roy and Reathie Bachus Lynn. She attended Dell High School in Dell, Arkansas, and graduated from Cotton Boll Vocational School in Burdette, Arkansas for nursing. She was a nurse from 1981 until 2000. She married Kenneth on July 23, 1995 at their home. Virginia was best known for enjoying time with her family and loved to take care of her four-legged fur babies. She enjoyed coloring, fishing, gardening, hummingbirds, traveling, camping, and cross-stitch.
Virginia is survived by her son, Timothy Scott Holder of Ashland City, TN; two daughters, Lisa Holder of Mountain Home, AR, and Patricia (Hayden) Bonham of Bakersfield, MO; two grandchildren, Jeremy (Rebecca) Morris of Jordan, AR, and Christy Morris of Mountain Home, AR; nephew, Pat Culp; five great-grandchildren, Isaiah, Wyatt, Warren, Keagan, and Kolby; and one great-great-granddaughter, Oakley.
She is preceded in death by parents; husband; son, Patrick Holder; three brothers, Ray Culp, John Culp, and Eudell Rogers; and two sisters, Dixie Smotherman and Leona Rogers.
A Family Gathering was held at Kirby & Family Funeral Home. Graveside Funeral Services will be 2:00 pm, Monday, December 12, 2022, at Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery Open-Air Chapel, with entombment to follow in Kirby's Tucker Memorial Mausoleum, in Mountain Home, Arkansas.
