A Memorial Mass for Virginia Ann Donavon of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be 10:00 am, Wednesday, March 8, 2017, at St. Peter The Fisherman Catholic Church, with Father Norbert Rappold as Celebrant.

Virginia passed away February 27, 2017, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 87. She was born June 27, 1929, in Elgin, Illinois, the daughter of Curtis and Julia Kawa Bradley. She married James Donavon on September 17, 1949 at Arlington Heights, Illinois and worked as a cook for the High School. Virginia lived in Mountain Home since 1978, moving from Arlington, Illinois. She was a member of St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church, CCW at the church and the Red Hat Babes. She was very active, loved to play bingo and cooked for the Moose Lodge, Elk's Lodge and St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church.

Virginia is survived by her three daughters, Debra Donavon of Mountain Home, AR, Colleen (Glenn) Cerny of Mountain Home, AR and Kim (Doug) Bride of Strongsville, OH and one grandson, Casey (Kristen) Cherwin of Brunswick, OH.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of the Ozarks Hospice House, 701 Burnett Dr., Mountain Home, AR 72653.
