Walter Raymond Law was born Wednesday, March 6, 1935 in Chicago, Illinois, the son of Walter Raymond Law, Sr. and Annie Catherine Wenham. He married Charlene Leise on November 5, 1978 at Chicago, Illinois and worked as a Heavy Equipment Operator. Walter lived in Mountain Home since 2005 moving from Cranfordville, Florida. He was a member of I.U.O.E. Local 150, Masons and Shrine. Walter entered into eternal rest on Saturday, December 12, 2009 at his residence at the age of 74 years, 9 months and 6 days. He was preceded in death by his parents one brother and one sister. Walter is survived by his wife, Charlene Law of Mountain Home, AR, 1 son, David B. (Candice) Law of Crete, Illinois, 4 daughters, Debra J. Law of Steger, Illinois, Laura (Alfredo) Gordillo of Park Forest, Illinois, Lois Drexel of Park Forest, Illinois and Audrey Drexel of Park Forest, Illinois, 8 grandchilren, 4 great grandchildren, 2 sisters, Nancy L. (Bob) Kimm of Phoenix, Arizona and Sharon A. (Marty) Safstrom of Hometown, Illinois and 1 brother, Douglas R. (Ann) Law of Orland Park, Illinois. Memorials may be made to Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 48 Carnation Dr., Mountain Home, AR 72653 or Hospice of the Ozarks, 701 Burnett Dr., Mountain Home, AR 72653.
