A Celebration of Life service for Waltraud "Traudy" Fischbeck will be Wednesday, February 10, 2010, at 2:00 P.M. in the Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel, Mountain Home, AR. Traudy was born March 10, 1932 in Hamburg, Germany, daughter of Johannes Detlef and Thyra Kolzar Sachwitz. She married Heinz Fischbeck August 14, 1954 in Hamburg, Germany and came to the USA in 1957 and worked as a bookkeeper for Schweppes Grocery. "Traudy" lived in Lakeview, Arkansas since 2001 moving from Sun City, Arizona. Waltruad "Traudy" entered into eternal rest on February 6, 2010 at Baxter Regional Medical Center at the age of 77 years, 10 months and 27 days. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 1 daughter, Heike Hankel and 1 brother, Horst. She is survived by her 5 grandchildren, Sabrina Morrison of Lakeview, AR, Johannes (Beatrice) Morrison of Altamonte Springs, FL, Happi Morrison of Lakeview, AR, Heike (Andy) Wallace of Lavaca, AR and Pepper Morrison of Mountain Home, AR, 3 great grandchildren, John Charles (J.C.) Morrison, Jasmin Raja, and Lindsey Morrison, 2 sisters, Erica Fahrenkamp of Hansdorf, Germany and Ulla Schmidt of Hamburg, Germany. Memorials may be made to the Hospice of the Ozarks Hospice House.
