Warren Wasser was born March 8, 1921 to Walter W. and Mertie Bauder Wasser. He married Ruth Evans on August 4, 1946 in Bethlehem, Pa. Warren was a power plant electrician with the United States Government and retired to Mountain Home with Ruth in 1989 from Englewood, Fla. After Ruth's death in 1995, Warren met and married Rene Melfi in 1997 in Mountain Home. Warren was a World War II veteran of the U.S. Navy and a member of the National Association of Retired Federal Employees and a member of the Kingman Lodge #22 - Scottish Rite -Shrine Temple and was a member of First United Methodist Church. Survivors: Nephew - Richard Wasser of Richmond, Texas; niece - Karen Stone of Ellicott City, Maryland and many other nieces and nephews; 3 sisters-in-law, Elizabeth Heyer of Las Vegas, Sue Dodd of Mountain Home and Euga Shockley of Yellville, Ar. Preceded in Death by: Parents, wives - Ruth and Rene Wasser and 8 brothers and sisters. Visitation: None. Funeral: A graveside memorial service for Warren Wasser will be Tuestday, June 20, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery with Rev. Randy Ludwig officiating. Warren Wasser died Thursday, June 15, 2006 at his home. He was 85. Burial: Burial will be in the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery. Memorials: Shriners Burns Institute
