Wayne VanDolah

Wayne Edwin Van Dolah was born February 22, 1924 in Ellinwood, Kansas. He was the son of Clifford and Luella Schmidt Van Dolah. He married Mary Osterhout on June 29, 1942 in Independence, Kansas. He owned Van's Electric Heating and Air Conditioning in El Dorado, Kansas for twenty years. He then traveled for Tri-State Electrical Company in Coffeeville, Kansas for twenty-five years before retiring to Mountain Home in 1998. He was a WWII Veteran of the U.S. Army Air Corps serving in the Far East. He was a member of the Lutheran Church. Wayne Edwin Van Dolah passed away at his residence on March 13, 2005 at the age of 81 years and 21 days. Survivors: Wife of sixty-three years, Mary Van Dolah of Mountain Home, Arkansas; one son, Doug (Angie) Van Dolah of Mountain Home, one daughter, Donna Van Dolah of Branson, Missouri, two grandchildren, Katie and Evan Van Dolah of Mountain Home; one great- grandson, Clint Gaston of Lakeview, Arkansas; and one sister, Marge (James) Cooley of Coffeeville, Kansas Preceded in Death by: Parents; one grandson, Eric Gaston, one brother, Richard; and one sister, June.
