William passed away May 15, 2016, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 94. He was born November 17, 1921, in Rowell, Arkansas, the son of Chester and Minnie Stewart Ashcraft. William was a U.S. Army veteran of WWII and was a barber until he was 90 years old.
William is survived by his daughter, Robbie (Phil) Farabough of Mountain Home, AR; son, Ron Ashcraft of South Carolina; grandson, Matt Hensley of Branson, MO; and many extended family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, sisters, and grandson, Brandon Farabough.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
