William Bell, 43, of Lakeview, Arkansas, formerly of Kankakee, IL, died July 2, 2016 at Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home, Arkansas. Visitation will be Saturday, July 16, 2016 from 9:00 A.M. until time of funeral services at 10:00 A.M. at Lax Mortuary. Pastor Dan Duncan will officiate. Burial will be in Mound Grove Gardens of Memory.
William Bell was born November 8, 1972 in Montgomery, AL to Edna and Hardie Bell Jr. He graduated from Kankakee High School, and was saved at Promiseland Church in West Plains, MO.
William had worked as a manager for Wendy’s. He was united in holy matrimony to the former Sherry Baker on June 18, 2005 in Bloomington, IL.
William was an all-around good person, who was tender-hearted, had a sense of humor and a beautiful smile. He was the life of the party. He enjoyed listening to music, playing basketball and playing with his dogs.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Sherry Baker-Bell of Lakeview, Arkansas; his son, Raekwon Bell of Minnesota; his daughter, Dymond, Bell of Kankakee, IL; his parents, Edna and Hardie Bell Jr. of Kankakee, IL; one sister, Melinda Bell of Kankakee, IL; three brothers, Aron Bell of Bourbonnais, IL, Deonte Bell and Harlan Bell, both of Killeen, TX; his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Phyllis and Raymond Baker of Lakeview, Arkansas and a host of other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Takesha Harris.
