William "Leroy" Bell, 69 of Flippin passed away Thursday, June 12, 2008 at Baxter Regional Medical Center. Leroy was born Sunday, May 21, 1939 in Gosnell, Arkansas, to John Henry and Etta Mae Bell. He married Ruby Williams on April 4, 1959 in Keiser, Arkansas. He was a contractor and co-owner of Heart of the Ozarks Builders for 25 years. He was a deacon of Grace baptist Church in Gassville. He served his country in the United States Army. He loved to travel and take care of the garden. Survivors: Mr. Bell is survived by his wife, Ruby of Flippin, one son, Roy (Susanne) Bell of Gassville, AR, two daughters, Tammi Terrill of Flippin, AR and Debra Terrill of Conway, AR, 12 Grandchildren, Brandy (kashaan) Razavi, Charoltte Lamay, Sandy (Calvin) Greer, Priscella (Patrick) Campbell, Candy Anderson, Sarah Lonon, Ashley Terrill, James Terrill and Jamie Terrill, 10 Great-grandchildren, 4 siblings, John Earl Bell, Jerry (Mary) Bell, Danny (Donna) Bell, Peggy (Billy) Allen and a host of extended family. Preceded in Death by: He was preceded in death by his parents and 2 brothers, Ray and Jimmy Bell. Visitation: Visitation will be from 12:00 - 2:OO P.M. at the church. Funeral: A funeral service will be 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, June 17, 2008 at Grace Baptist Church, with Rev. Harvey Seehusen and Reverend H. W. Williams officiating. Burial: Kirby's Tucker Memorial Mausoleum, Mountain Home, Arkansas Memorials: Memorials may be made to the Grace Baptist Church or Gospel Printing Press.
