A Memorial Service for William "Bill" Earle Calhoun of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be at 12:30 pm, Sunday, June 26, 2016 at the Elks Lodge #1714 BPOE.
William passed away May 7, 2016, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 78. He was born January 24, 1938, in Albany, California, the son of Russell and Elwynna Haggard Calhoun. He married Rebecca Goff on October 13, 1972, at Ogdon, Illinois and was the owner and operator of BC's Computer Sales and Service in Mountain Home. William was a 12 year veteran of the United States Air Force. He moved to Mountain Home in 1999 from San Jose, California.
William is survived by his wife, Rebecca "Becky" Calhoun of Mountain Home, AR; three children, Deanna (Daryl) Hale of Coppers Cove, TX; son, Russell Earle Calhoun and Michelle (Wayne) Weber of Laurel, MD; step-daughter, BeLinda Shelton of Russellville, AR; step-son, Kenneth (Rosemary) Bane of Wills Point, TX; step-daughter, Anita (Steven) Platter of Wills Point, TX and step-brother, Ashford Pate of San Jose, CA; eight grandchildren; 7 step-grandchildren; many great-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Geraldine Andrews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Elks Lodge #1714 BPOE Benevolent Fund.
Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
