William H. Clements was born July 11, 1933 in Waverly, Tennessee. He was the son of William D. and Julia M. Bates Clements. He married Paula Grbic in Munich, Germany on December 22, 1955. Mr. Clements served with the United States Army during World War II. He was employed as a cement mason with Albin Carlson Construction for twenty-five years. He was a member of AARP and he loved to travel. William H. Clements passed away December 4, 2005, at Baxter Regional Medical Center at the age of 72 years, 4 months and 23 days. Survivors: Wife of fifty years, Paula Clements of Mountain Home, Arkansas; two sons, Roger (Cricket) Clements of Lakeview, Arkansas and Robert L.
