William passed away March 21, 2018, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 82. He was born March 12, 1936, in Shawnee, Kansas, the son of Everett Lee and Frances Elizabeth Roller Cummins. He married Jo Ann Floyd on June 9, 1955, in Wynnedotte County, Kansas and was a maintenance worker. William lived in Mountain Home since 2016, moving from Texas. He enjoyed fishing, computers, chess and was a Boy Scout Leader. He loved to vacation in North Arkansas to fish the White River.
William is survived by his four children, Robin L. Webb of Branson, MO, Rebecca Fomby of Bastrop, TX, Bill Cummins, Jr. of Bastrop, TX and daughter, Patty Aldaco of San Antonio, TX; seven grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife and sister.
Memorials may be made to the Boy Scouts of America.
