William Lloyd Fuller, Jr. , 74, of Bull Shoals, Arkansas, passed away on March 24, 2025, in Mountain Home, Arkansas. He was born on December 13, 1950, in Oakland, California, to the late William and Wanda Wright Fuller.

A proud U.S. Army veteran, William served during the Vietnam War and was honored with seven medals for his bravery and dedication. Professionally, he worked as a telecommunications contractor and later he and his wife Susan Myers retired to Bull Shoals from Michigan, in 2015.

William’s passion for aviation and space was sparked during his time in Vietnam, and his love for all flight, including airplanes, helicopters, rockets and the cosmos became a defining part of his life. His warrior spirit, combined with his strength and determination, helped him overcome many of life’s challenges.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Susan Myers of Bull Shoals, Arkansas; daughters, Julie Jeanette Fuller Rasgon and Melinda Sorensen Cole both of California; step-son, Matthew Jesse Myers of Pennsylvania; step-daughter, Jessica Joy Myers of Pennsylvania; his beloved grandchildren, Addison and Kylie Rasgon of California and sister-in-law, Hannah Carlson of Bull Shoals, Arkansas.

William was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Don and Randy.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
