Funeral Services for William R. Fulton, 86, of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm, Thursday, April 6, 2017, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home, with Reverend Heather Clawitter officiating.
Bill passed away March 28, 2017, at home with his wife by his side. He was born February 16, 1931, in Baltimore, Maryland, the son of David and Josephine McMains Fulton. He graduated from Lansdowne High School in Lansdowne, Pennsylvania, in 1950 and began making a living repairing automobiles. He married Helen Mark in 1951 and they had five daughters together. He married Patricia Marks in 1966 and they had a daughter. He married Betty Bevans in 1970. They moved to Vermont, where he worked at Smith Buick. In 1984, they moved to Orange City, California and he joined Long Beach BMW. He later joined BMW of North America, from which he retired as a technical instructor. In 1997, he retired and moved to Orange, New Hampshire. In 2015, they moved to Mountain Home, Arkansas. Bill was an avid motorcyclist.
Bill is survived by his wife, Betty Fulton of Mountain Home, AR; five daughters, Nanette (John) Mallonee of Baltimore, MD, Vivian (Paul) Michelson of Walnut, CA, Dawn (Conwell) Johnson of Kingman, AZ, Helen Martin of Mountain Home, AR, and Theresa Fulton of Dover, NH; sister-in-law, Sherry; friend, Patricia Fulton Ward; and many cherished grandchildren, great-grandchildren; nephews; and a niece.
He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Deborah; and brother, Robert Fulton.
Burial will be in the Riverside Cemetery in Woodstock, Vermont.
Memorials may be made to St Jude's Children's Hospital.
