William Hindman

William Lee Hindman was born June 5, 1924 at Topeka, Kansas to Charles Francis and Olive McCann Hindman. He married Mary Eloise Laur on November 29, 1946 at St. Louis, Mo. and was an Aircraft Mechanic. He moved to Mountain Home in 1996 from St. Louis, Mo. and passed away on April 8, 2004 at the age of 79 years, 10 months, and 3 days. He was a pilot and loved to fly and work on airplanes. He was a Methodist. Survivors: One son Michael Hindman of Mountain Home, Three Grandsons Robert Olte of St. Louis, MO., Matthew Hindman of Springfield, Mo.and Christopher Hindman of St. Louis. Two Granddaughters Caroline and Corin. Also 9 Great Grandchildren.. One Brother Russell Clyde Hindman of Homassassa, FL. and one sister Frances Gilroy of South Bend, Ind. Preceded in Death by: Wife, one son Scott, and one grandson. Memorials: Civil Air Patrol Scholarship fund. Additional Notes: Services and burial were private.
