William Holloway

William Holloway died Saturday, August 23, 2008 in Mountain Home at the age of 80. He was born Thursday, May 3, 1928 in Joliet, Illinois, son of Roman Leo Holloway and Elizabeth Haley. He married Dorothy Titus on July 19, 1969 at Joliet, Illinois. He worked as an Office Manager for Worked for Gerlock Greeting Cards in Joliet, then Rust Craft Publishers in Boston, Mass. and then retired from Spivey marine in Joliet, Illinois. William Holloway was an U.S. Army veteran of Korea. William lived in Mountain Home for 19 years moving from Joliet, Illinois. He graduated from Joliet Township High School and was a member of National Honor Society. Survivors: William Holloway is survived by his wife, Dorothy Holloway of Mountain Home, and several nieces and nephews. Preceded in Death by: He was preceded in death by his parents, and 2 brothers. Visitation: Visitation will be from 4:00 - 6:00 P.M., w/Vigil Service at 6:00, Tuesday, August 26 at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral: Funeral Mass for William Joseph Holloway of Mountain Home, AR, will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 27, 2008 at St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church, with Rev. James Fanrak officiating. Burial: Burial will be in the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery Memorials: Memorials may be made to the Masses or Charity of Choice.
